I have this phone that has fallen on sale at a good price is very good and the look of the phone. Unfortunately, not as good as it seems to work. My biggest problem is that it just feels uncomfortable. The LCD screen is slow to update, and the buttons do not seem to respond quickly. The sound quality is ok .. but not so good that sounds like my Panasonic. He also had more breaks than the Panasonic as well.

Pros:
I've got a good price
It looks shiny and has a good design
Use the standardni-mh aaa batteries

Cons:
Sound quality is not all that great
Interface is slow and does not respond very quickly
Number keys do not light up
Unit gets quite warm when charging or talking

I have the same complaints about this phone as Robert in his 15th March 2009 review listed. This and the following "nits" to use your phone to make a fight.

In addition, you can not simply choose to get another laptop in an existing conversation, or to use when the laptop battery will die first. The use of another handset on an existing call requires the additional handset in the conversation, to keep on calling and other portable conference call. A maximumtwo handsets can be in one call, at the same time.

These are the characteristics OK, as long as it can be changed in the configuration menu.

I like to use regular telephones AAA NiMH batteries, so that when they finally left, holds a charge, replace them cheaply and easily.

The handsets have a built-in alarm clock (one and setting).

The volume settings are unique, each handset.

I have a big "Black Friday" pricesthe phone, but I can once again I would probably be better to spend more for a phone for convenience.

The manual says (page 33) that the maximum recording time is 10 minutes, including outgoing messages, but the description says 18 minutes online.

Just make sure that the bundle now with the number of phones you need because it is cheaper than the addition of accessories for mobile is later. This was my mistake, as I have this phone system and ended up paying more than I would if I had just bought the bundle of 5 called first. The add-on accessories for mobile phones must be at the base, where the phones are coming with the bundle can be programmed inevitable.

The system shows all calls from the phones of other brands of your choicecould be lost, and (of course) phones from other manufacturers can not access voice mail and other features of this system.

My point is that if you have 4 or 5 phones need to replace all, so they are compatible and buy the bundle corresponding to the first time.

Great phone but no headphone jack …. What crap. This is the only reason I gave this 4 stars. Everything else about this phone is very good. I love the mute button and allows you to use the intercom function between handsets. I like that I speak in my "inner voice" and to listen to (it was not the case on my phone) the phone ok.

Extra phones do not work together – SDG –
I bought this phone system because they say that you can add up to five phones to the original system. But nothing works together! There are instructions on how to coordinate with the system. The telephone does not work for three phones are registered to a base station, and two other office in another etc. Base and see the caller ID phone numbers without a 1 before the area code, so you can just press the button call, press the button for the formatcorrect format for the phone number. I am willing to help shape company called the registry, and they were very nice, helpful and professional, but in practice a hotline in outsourcing for Motorola, saying that they are actually on these phones, so you have to play with a little 'to be smart. Now I call her on the intercom, but I'm not really happy with these phones.

It can be a nice phone, but when MagicJack does not ring when you get to connect calls. I called Motorola, they said, was the reason. I bought several of these with the Uniden DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone with Caller ID (double DECT4096) I bought will replace an older Panasonic unit.

The phones work, although I find the rounded edges make it collects awkwardly from a table or something.

The audio quality is excellent. I have a hearing loss, but the volume on these phones more than adequate. The LCD display is readable. Battery life is good. I spenttwo hours on a call a couple of nights ago and the battery held up well. The range is also good. I used the handset about 75 meters from the base station of the problem.

Overall, a very nice accessory for the Uniden base station.

Panasonic KX-TG6544B DECT 6.0 PLUS Expandable Digital Cordless Answering System with 4 Handsets Review

We had an old telephone system, Radio Shack, and other problems with battery was replaced and did not want to buy expensive replacement batteries. Overall, this Panasonic system is the best of the three systems that we have heard.

We have no problem with the volume and in fact have to turn up the volume at times. On a related note, I recently had removed the wax from their ears and found that I have lost 50% or more of my hearing due to wax. I'm sure you would have ifProblems with the volume on this phone before removing the wax. This is not a joke, and if you're hearing the first check!

We had to stop a problem of interference with the first day, but followed the instructions from Panasonic customer service (e-mail) and reset the base and have no problems there. We have the system more than a month, I felt so comfortable writing this review. We, as a headset for calls to any result of the lengthpotential problems with microwave radiation from wireless phones.

Positive and things seemed to us either on the system:

1. It uses AAA batteries instead of a battery

2. All headphones store phone books and information, call history on base instead of on each cuff.

3. Large bright display that is easy to see without my reading glasses.

4. Call barring annoying.

5. Caller ID is a reasonable workingAs long as you give names phonetically

Negative (mostly Panasonic have tackled things):

1. Limited to 50 entries in the phonebook is a big problem for us, but it seems that for others.

2. Limited ringtones – I know, the caller ID is intended to replace these and TCI is a good feature, but we heard the tones specific to certain persons.

3. Only time will tell if the figures to bring the buttons are not left out.

4. It seems thatcordless systems that are electronics just can not keep up with the USB technology. There is no way to connect to other systems for the transmission of data or information or download new ringtones. This is a good phone system, but it could be great with a little thought.

Not completely as advertised – In The Dark – Living on the edge
Everything works fine, like almost any other phone. I bought this because it advertised its capabilities in the long haul. There is no better than any other phone that I bought, but 1 have in fact over the last 10 years I have had 4 phone systems. It seems that everyone has a little 'less choice. The best I've ever had was a elcheapo Uniden, who worked a bit 'anywhere on my hotel in three acres.

Uniden DECT1060-2 Expandable Cordless DECT6.0 Phone System with Call Waiting/Caller ID & Extra Handset and Charger Review

I am moving from a 2.4GHz Uniden phone system Tru446 that interferes with my wireless when I get to ring a telephone. BAD! Just unpacked the new phone today and find that it lacks two important functions:

1. No speed dial. I used to be able to set up to ten phone numbers for speed dialing and a special issue for rocketdial. Keep one and brought it to my mother, then talk to the press. And hold the 0 key and gave it to voice mail. No Dice in this case. I do not know how to get to this one. <br/>
2. N. backlit keys. If you are in the dark, forget it. The old phone was lit rubber buttons. The phone does not work. I talk a lot at night in the dark. I loved this feature on my old Uniden. Can live anyway.

In addition, the ring volume is rather low, even at the most. I can live with that, however.

Otherwise, cell phones are smooth. No antenna (which I like). No interference with wireless Internet access. No interference from microwave ovens. Transmissible PhoneMessages. Speakerphone. Ability to use the telephone system. Possible to label the phones with their own references. Phone numbers may be a single finger.

All in all, I love this phone, but the lack of speed dial is a problem for me.

Added:

After playing around with this phone system, I have to really change my post. This is a great phone system. Additional features on my previous system, this is a great product (even without the speed-dial button).

MoreGood: shows the date and time on mobile phones. It can be turned off for the handset (so the phone can not wake up if you want). Includes built-in speakerphone for each handset. Make a call from one handset to another. Appointment reminders. to set the alarm. All these good qualities were on my old phone MISSING. There is more good … read below.

I'm on my speed dial problem, somehow. This is what I did: I programmed my top ten entries in the directory, and prefix to the namewith a number. That way I can scroll through the entries by number and are always ahead of all other items. Not as fast as the speed dial button, but it works and I think I can live with it, because all the other great features.

Another great feature is that when the phone is made by a forgotten ID number, actually works. With my old phone did not. The phone dials a number, with or without a prefix with a first but it really makes life a dream. With my oldPhone, I had to remember the number, write too much, and then select it. But on this phone works.

So, overall a great step forward for this phone on my phone the previous-generation 2.4GHz.

It would be 5 stars if they had the speed dial. So, it's really a 4.5 stars rating.

I know I'm schizophrenic! Should I buy this phone for a week. E 'majorly flawed. Here is my list of problems.

1. The keys are arranged in an optimal way …So you can easily the intercom button during a call and do not know how to hit again.

2. The custom ringtones do not work right away. When the phone rings, you regularly get the ring for the first ring and then goes into a custom.

3. There is no message waiting light, only a small envelope on the screen.

4. Caller ID scrolling is much slower than my old Uniden.

5. Local calls on the Caller IDcan not be called directly. do not get to say before hanging up the code number.

6. plastic buttons are not as good as rubber buttons (my old phone). It 'hard to suppress a general feeling of the keys.

7. The voice quality is not so good. sometimes there is an echo (not a service issue).

8. Ringer is quiet! much quieter than my old phone.

Why can not my old phone, with these new features (phone, battery indicator, etc.)? <br/>
So, take my 4.5 stars, but subtract about 3

Product Good Vendor Terrible – Timothy E. Dehaan –
Appointed base and supplementary units. Just received additional unit. Charge dispute with your credit card. Producer sells the product you do not send the base. I tried to work and leave messages and e-mail, but without success yet baseless. I like the product I extended a ladder and needs a different basis. Producers are not reliable. This is the second time I had a bit of shopping diffuclty on amazon.com. Probably will not come back here to help.

1. If two people answer Pick up the handset itself will be effectively connected with a single call. The others get an error and not hear the conversation. The person with the leadership must come first to the outside call on hold, slip ring expansion, then remove the suspension.
2. The phone does not have a message indicator light
3. The buttons are too hard, just push.
4. The phone makes an annoying noise when the base station. <br/>

The base station and handset is used especially in a small classroom. After 1 month of use, is very good.

The sound is a bit 'metal, but no more interference from various wireless devices that make me crazy. Much smaller than what was used, but then it only took one day to get used to it. The functions are very intuitive and it's nice to have a second extension, which only needs a regular outlet.
